General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi, I had gone through your question and understand your concerns.
Such intensive pain without obvious trauma is not usual and i think that some underyling cause must be present. First thing to rue out is arterial occlusive disease which is manifested with atheroscerosis and pain in leg especially after long walk. Second, it may be sign of deep vein thrombosis, Both conditions should be evaluated with doppler ultrasound first and then angiography if necessary. Try to rest till that, take painkillers and apply elastic stockings. If there is worsening you should see vascular specialist. I hope I have answered your query. Wish you good health.
